A video broadcast on native TV channels confirmed David Kirtadze, a member of former president Mikheil Saakashvili’s United Nationwide Motion (UNM), splashing black paint on Kalandarishvili, which led to a watch harm, Reuters reported. The incident occurred on October 26.
