The Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) on Tuesday launched an inventory of six candidates for the Jharkhand meeting polls, ending the deadlock over seat-sharing among the many INDIA bloc constituents.
In an announcement, the celebration stated it nominated Suresh Paswan from Deoghar, Sanjay Prasad Yadav from Godda and Subhash Yadav from Koderma.
Rashmi Prakash will contest from Chatra, Naresh Prasad Singh from Vishrampur and Sanjay Kumar Singh Yadav from Hussainabad, it stated.
The candidates had been declared quickly after RJD chief Tejashwi Yadav, who has been campaigning within the poll-bound state, stated a consensus was reached on sharing of seats.
The meeting polls will likely be held in two phases on November 13 and November 20, and counting will happen on November 23.
