A 52-year-old man from Vikhroli has been booked for allegedly assaulting an eight-year-old woman on Wednesday for ringing the doorbell of his home and working away. The police mentioned that as a result of assault, the minor suffered an epileptic assault and was admitted to a hospital, following which the case was registered.
In response to police officers, the incident occurred at round 6 pm on Wednesday. As per the grievance from her father, the eight-year-old suffers from epilepsy and attends faculty from 12:30 pm to five:30 pm.
“After returning, the woman went to play along with her buddies. Out of the blue, at round 6:15 pm, she got here again house crying, along with her garments moist, and knowledgeable her father that the 52-year-old had slapped her a number of occasions,” the police mentioned.

Later within the night, after she suffered an epileptic assault and was admitted to the hospital, her father lodged a grievance with the police. A case was registered below the related sections of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and the Juvenile Justice Act.
