A 26-year-old probationary IPS officer in Karnataka died in a street accident when he was heading to report for work in Hassan on Sunday.
Harsh Bardhan, a local of Jabalpur in Madhya Pradesh, was with the Karnataka cadre of the Indian Police Service (IPS), sources mentioned.
